Hi Martin,
I think this is a good approach. But there's this question running through my mind right now.
Do you consider user stories that still have bugs finished? In other words, can a user story be completed with still having bugs? Do you create new engineering tasks per bug, or are it different user stories? Sometimes bugs can take up to weeks to be solved and that will greatly influence your velocity.

Oh, my gosh, he is soooo cute. I'm a preschool teacher, and am certain that I can incorporate him into my curriculum. So very excited to get my hands on the pattern. Thanks so much.

So cute - bought the yarn for egg/bird/nest at Nina and just started knitting that up and next how about "Tuck" --- mmmm I'm thinking he/she will fit in the palm (much like the egg) then viola untuck and Tuck the turtle is here. This may be the first time it is hard for me to give these away to the special little ones. May have to knit two sets. Now, I see why all us big kids are loving these toys.
